Oliver David Boothe was born in Gloucester County, Virginia on July 10, 1922.
He entered Eternal Rest on Friday, February 5, 1988 at his residence in Brooklyn, New York. He was the youngest of nice
children born to the wedlock of Joseph and Sarah Jackson Boothe.
Oliver attended the Purton Public School and at an early age became a member of the church family at Bethel Baptist Church
through his belief in Christ and baptism. He shared his talent of singing with the church as a member of the Young People's
Choir.
Oliver was a kind and devoted brother and uncle who enjoyed his guitar and playing baseball.
He retired from New York Cleaners after more than forty years of service.
